- How long does it take?
Normal transit time is usally between 1 to 7 business days and may vary due to inclement weather, traffic, etc.
- What kind of truck will my car be transported on?
In most cases, your vehicle will be transported on a 3 car hauler. At your request, your vehicle may be tranported in a closed car trailer. This services is subject to additional transport charges.
- Is Auto1 Transport, Inc. insured and licensed?

- Is my car insured?
Your vehicle is insured for the Blue Book value the entire time it is on the truck. Occurences not covered are clearly listed on your shipping order and on your Bill of Lading upon which your car is shipped. A condition report is done on pick up. The signature of both the auto owner and driver are required at pick up and presented to responsible party at delivery. You should compare the reports thoroughly at that time. If, for some reason, you feel that some damage has occurred, you must note it on the report before you sign it and before the driver leaves. Any claims made after this time will not be honored.

What happens if I am not there to receive my car when it arrives?

- May I pack things in my car?
Any personal belongings left in the vehicle are shipped strictly at the owners personal risk. This policy is strictly enforced for the follwing reasons. Download policy and terms and conditions.
- What limitation do drivers have?
Automobile shipping drivers are limited by federal law to 550 miles a day, which includes any and all auto transport delivery stops along the way. They are also only allowed to drive 6 days a week, and must take a longer "rest period" every two weeks. There are situations in which multiple drivers are dispatch on triops to ensure the prompt delivery of your vehicle. This service is subject to additional transport charges.
