Cancellation Policy

1. Any registration cancelled within 24 hours of the initial registration will be refunded in full.

2. Cancellation up to 3 days of the scheduled class date will be charged 50% of your registration fee.

3. Cancellations received within 3 business days or less left before the class start date (weekends are not included) will be charged 75% of their registration fee * unless they are with 24 hours of the start time.If a registration falls into this category, the student will be charged the following:

4. Cancellations or reschedules are received with 24 hours or less left before the class start time or students who do not show up for training will be charged 100% of the rgistration cost.*

5. All reschedules incur a flat flee of $100.

General Policies and Information

All training courses are held based on registered enrollment. If a class is cancelled by us, the company or individual will receive a refund, or a transfer to the next available date.

We assume no liability for cancellation of courses for any reason or no reason whatsoever.

Students who are disruptive or exhibit inappropriate behavior will be asked to leave the class. We understand that in many situations, students may need to be in contact with their offices on an occasional basis. Please be courteous to the other students and the class instructor and either make these calls during a break , or after class.

Payment can be made by company check, cash, credit or debit cards.
