YVISA LLC guarantees the highest quality and the lowest prices on full color offset gang-run printing. We will match any competitive pricing for full color printing and custom design work comparable quantity, and quality. Our printing and delivery schedule is Monday through Friday only. We do not print or deliver on the weekends. All print orders are delivered for FREE via UPS. We offer Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee to our first-time customers for the print products that we sell. This includes business cards, postcards, envelopes, letterhead, etc. If you are not entirely satisfied with the finished printed product you can send it back to us for a full refund of the printing cost only. Your entire package must be returned with the exact count as received for a refund to be issued.

If you are getting a custom design, an approval process is in place for you to approve your work before it goes to print. Since our custom design customers do not pay by the hour it is important that you use your approval time to actually review your text on our design thoroughly. With this you have unlimited edits. Once we receive your final approval your work then goes to print and no other updates/changes are accepted at that time. YVISA LLC is only responsible for your design, the text proofing' is the customers responsibility unless they wish to use our third party copy service. For our copy services there is a $55 dollar charge per project. Originally designed work remains the property of YVISA LLC unless the customer wishes to purchase the original file. The file fee is based on the number of hours of design for each work designed. Release of copyright is then given to the client.

YVISA LLC will correct errors of improper cutting, print quality, color and print shift or printing delays. As a customer, you are responsible for submitting PRINT ready files. Print ready work would include full bleed to your press-ready digital files by adding 0.1" dimension for business cards, postcards and rack cards, add 0.125" for all other products. All file formats must have a minimum of 350 dpi (dot per inch) resolutions. All color artwork and/or images must be provided in CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow and black) color mode and black & white artworks and/or images must be provided in gray scale.

All custom design work is designed for FREE if the client chooses to print with YVISA LLC. If the client only wants the design and wishes to use another printer, the cost of the design is outlined in our rate schedule located at www.yvisa.net/rates.html .
