*How does YVISA's price-match guarantee work? If you find a lower price anywhere else on a new identical service or product, just show us the lower price when you order and we will match the price. Competitors pricing must be verifiable online; i.e. Staples, Office Max, etc. etc......

*Which items does YVISA price match? Almost everything we sell. The service or product must be identical, including customization, consultation, editing and printing if it applies. The competitor pricing must be available for the current purchase at that price, whose authorization we reserve the right to verify.

*Which items and services are not available for price match? We don't match our domain and hosting prices. We don't price match template website services or template design services of any kind. All of our work is originally designed for the individual client. We don't price match services or products sold on auctions sites or at local or special events. We don't price match taxes and typographical errors. We do not match prices from non-licensed businesses.

*Are delivery charges included in the price match? Yes, we ship by UPS only.

*Are quantities limited on price-match products? We may limit the quantities of price-matched items, particularly if the other company does. In addition, we reserve the right to limit quantities sold to a customer.
